Raising Children to be Successful

Raising Children to be Successful

Julia was one of my best friends in elementary school. She was not the most talented student, nor the most intelligent. She was not the best student in class. But he always showed great confidence in itself, was an attitude of "I can do." Later, after finishing university Julia began working in a firm and continued to advance within it to reach one of the most important positions. Throughout his career demonstrated skills that I never thought I had, and faced each project with the same attitude of life "I can do." Every day I caught her accomplishments. Through this example and many others I was looking over my life, I realized that self-confidence determines how you do things and how it develops in life.

A person can be very smart and ideal for a job, but if in back of his mind do not think you can never make it. An important question then is how to take that instill sense of confidence in a child? How to make sure our children confidence in their ability? Then we will see some suggestions that can make a difference: 1. "You can do it." Often says these words to his son. Teach him to say the same when faced with complicated situations. 2. Do not criticize your child when they are doing some activity.

Not correct it. Sometimes it is tempting to correct a child when you see that is wrong. For example, when coloring or drawing holding the pencil incorrectly.
